At the end of your free trial we will begin to bill your credit card for the subscription plan that you chose at sign up as well as any applicable sales tax, unless you cancel prior to the end of your free trial. TO AVOID CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD YOU MUST CANCEL BEFORE THE END OF YOUR FREE TRIAL AND RETURN THE GAMES YOU HAVE OUT. GFR will continue to bill your card for the subscription plan you chose until you cancel. The GFR.com subscription plans allows subscribers to rent as many games as they want in a month with up to 1, 2, or 3 games at a time (depending on what plan you choose) and keep them as long as they want with no due dates or late fees. The subscription can be canceled at any time.

Billing

As a GFR.com subscriber you agree that we are permitted to charge your credit card a monthly fee based on your subscription plan, for The Weekend Gamer plan subscriber you agree to let us charge your credit card $15 a month every month, for the Daily Gamer plan subscriber you agree to allow us to charge your credit card $20 a month every month, and for the Addict Gamer plan subscriber you agree to allow us to charge your credit card $30 a month every month, plus any applicable sales tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of GFR.com. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each renewal anniversary thereafter unless and until you cancel. Login and look at your membership status to see the next commencement date for your next renewal period. We will automatically charge your credit card on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to change all fees and charges that are currently in effect, and we may add new fees and charges from time to time, but will give you advance notice of the changes be email. If you want to use a different credit card or need to change your current credit card validity or expiration date you may edit your credit card information by logging in and clicking on “your billing and shipping information” button.

Automatic Renewals

Your GFR subscription will be automatically renewed on the renewal date for the same subscription plan that you are already on. For your convenience we will charge the credit card that you provide us with during registration. Your membership will automatically renew successive subscriptions according to the plan you choose, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership and return any games you have out before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees to your credit card.

Cancellation

As stated above you my cancel your membership at anytime. To cancel login and click the “Your Membership status” button and click on the “Cancel” button. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. Upon cancellation you will be given 7 days to return any outstanding rentals. Failure to return such rentals within the 7-day grace period will result in your credit card being billed for the full retail replacement price for such items.
