• Gift Subscriptions are one-time transferable subscriptions.
• Gift Subscriptions must be transferred within one (1) year after date of issue.
• To transfer the Gift Subscription, GamesForRent shall provide the subscription recipient ("Recipient") with a special redemption code and Pass Key via email (if the purchaser would like to give the gift another way other than via email the Purchaser should enter their own email address in the email address field and print out the email when they get it, and present it to the receiver as the see fit). Upon registration and entry of the, redemption code and Pass Key the Gift Subscription will be transferred to Recipient and activated.
• Gift Subscriptions that are not transferred and activated by Recipient within one (1) year after date of issue will, without further notice, be deemed expired. Expired Gift subscriptions can not be refunded or credited in any way for any part of the total dollars spent for the original gift subscription GamesForRent is not responsible for fulfilling any Gift Subscription if not timely activated by the Recipient and/or the billing address submitted with the Gift Subscription purchase does not match the billing address of the credit card used to purchase the gift subscription.
• Gift Subscriptions are good in the 50 United States and its territories and possessions only.
• Gift Subscriptions are nonrefundable.
• Gift Subscriptions are not redeemable or refundable for cash.
• Gift Subscriptions cannot be combined with any other special or free offers.
• Gift Subscriptions denominations may not be divided and are redeemable for a consecutive-month membership under the Plan for which they were purchased (weekend gamer, Daily gamer addict gamer)
• Recipients will need a valid credit card to activate the membership.
• During the Gift Subscription period, the subscriber (Recipient or Purchaser, as applicable) will not be charged as long as the subscriber is on the plan for which the Gift subscription was purchased. GamesForRent will begin to bill the subscriber''s credit card for monthly subscription fees plus applicable sales tax at the completion of the gift subscription period unless the subscriber cancels prior to the end of the period. All GamesForRent subscription plans are a month-to-month subscription cancelable at anytime. Log in and click the "update billing information" button for cancellation instructions. No refund or credits for partial periods.
• Not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Subscriptions.
• Gift Subscriptions and their use are subject to our general Term of Use.
• GamesForRent reserves the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time in its sole discretion.
